Partial property styling is the ideal solution if you are still living in your home while it is on the market. Rather than replacing everything, our stylists work with your existing furniture and supplement it with our premium pieces. We add artwork, accessories, soft furnishings and key furniture items where needed to elevate the overall presentation.

We will also provide clear, practical guidance on how to prepare your home for photography and every open inspection. This includes advice on decluttering, furniture rearrangement and simple improvements that make a meaningful difference to how your home is perceived.

What is included:

Our Process

We have developed a clear, streamlined process that makes working with us simple and stress-free from start to finish.

01. Initial Consultation

A member of our styling team assesses your property either in person or via photographs/floorplans and discusses your goals, timeline and the likely buyer profile for your suburb and price range. This is where we get to understand your property and your needs.

02. Proposal

We provide a formal, detailed written proposal and quote. This clearly outlines everything that is included, the furniture and décor items selected and the full cost with no surprises.

03. Curation & Preparation

Once your proposal is accepted, our styling team gets to work curating the perfect furniture, artwork and décor for your property. Every piece is hand-selected with your property, its architecture and your target buyer in mind.

04. Delivery & Installation

Our in-house logistics and stylists deliver and install everything at the property on a scheduled day. You are welcome to be on site or access can be arranged directly with your agent. 

05. Campaign

Your property is now ready to be photographed and go to market. Open home inspections can proceed and your buyers will encounter a beautifully styled, move-in-ready home that photographs brilliantly and creates a strong emotional connection.

06. Collection

We schedule a convenient time to collect all items from the property. Simple, clean and hassle-free.
